Crossover Foundation

The Crossover Foundation, Inc.
established in 2000, is a non-profit
501(c)(3) organization founded by Allen
Iverson, Philadelphia 76ers, and Gary
Moore, his personal manager, because of
Mr. Iverson's desire to give back and stay
involved with children and the community.
Originally named The Allen Iverson
Celebrity Summer Classic Foundation
(AICSCF), the Foundation changed its
name to The Crossover Foundation, Inc. in
November 2002.

The mission of the Crossover Foundation is
to improve and address the health,
educational and social needs of
underprivileged children residing in the inner
cities.
